Service Description

This course is designed for children aged 8-10 who have prior exposure to Spanish but tend to respond in English. It provides a supportive and engaging environment to help students strengthen their comprehension and build confidence in speaking Spanish. With a small group of up to 8 students, children will develop their listening, speaking, and reading skills through interactive activities, short stories, role-playing, and age-appropriate discussions. The course covers topics relevant to their daily lives, such as family, school, hobbies, and daily routines, while also introducing foundational grammar and sentence structure. By incorporating fun and meaningful conversations, this class encourages students to actively use Spanish in a natural and enjoyable way. Classes are held once a week for 60 minutes on Google Meet. Materials: no textbooks required. For Homeschooling Families: Our language programs are a great fit for homeschoolers! If you’re using a homeschool stipend or scholarship, check our homeschooling page under "Programs and Events" to see if we’re an approved provider in your state. Not sure how to sign up using your stipend? Contact us at contact@homeofcultures.org, and we’ll guide you through the process!
