Course & Refund Policy

  • Each group requires a minimum of 3 students to begin.

  • If a group cannot be formed due to schedule or availability conflicts, you’ll receive:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to convert your booking into 4 private 30-minute classes (same total value).

  • Once your child’s group placement is confirmed, payments are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by Home of Cultures.

  • No make-up classes are provided for missed sessions. However, all classes are recorded, and you may request the class recording if your child is absent.
